We ensure fast delivery and hence, we process orders immediately. Your product will be shipped to you in 3-4 working days. If you want to make any changes or cancel your order, connect with us on chf_kolkata@yahoo.com or + 91- 9433008654 / 94322 65954, if the order is not ready or it is not shipped, we will try to modify/cancel your order.

If you dislike the product received, you can follow below steps to send the product to us:

• You can Self Return the item to us within seven days from the delivery date if you are not satisfied with the product.
• We will send a replacement or initiate the refund for the products once we receive the product in good condition.
• The shipping charges to return the products will be borne by the customer.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will either initiate a refund or send a replacement product accordingly.

Please note that refunds are not available in the following cases:

• If the plant or product is delivered to the wrong address provided by the user.
• Any defects or quality issues that arise from improper handling.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order or there are missing parts, we will notify you promptly and provide a complete refund.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited through the same payment method used by the customer. Please allow 2 to 3 days for the refund to reflect in your account, once it has been processed by Calcutta Horticultural Farm.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please contact us and our team will process the refund within 5 to 6 working days.
